THE QUEEN LLC cares for the environment as much as we care for patients’ health. Medicines that have passed the date safe for consumption should be disposed of immediately and safely to prevent accidents. Flushing them in the toilet or sink is not the ideal way of disposing of them, as expired medicines can potentially contaminate the water – that and more of its environmental effects.
